The short version

If your flag turns up damaged, or it is not what you ordered, tell me and I will put it right — repair, replacement or refund, whichever makes sense.

Made-to-order pieces

Because each flag is cut and painted for your order specifically, I cannot take it back simply because you changed your mind. That is the trade-off with handmade work, and I would rather be straight with you about it before you buy than after.

If something is wrong

Message me with your order number and a photo. I am one person, so it comes straight to me and I will answer you myself.

What is not a fault

Grain variation, small differences in how the paint sits, and the fact that yours does not match the photograph pixel for pixel. Those are the marks of a handmade object, not defects.
